Want a well-grounded investment It may be time to look at Phoenix!

Physical Assets that Distribute Monthly with Growth Potential, are in Style.

Americans are finally planning their summer vacations and travel is way up, but, according to Barron’s, that doesn’t seem to be helping investors in travel related stocks right now.

Many of the publicly traded companies they are talking about are reporting improved performance. However, when dealing with stocks, ongoing turbulence in the market itself can take good news and still cause losses for investors.

So how does an investor tap into these profits and growth directly? We suggest investing directly.

While major public companies, such as airlines and hotel chains, are subject to volatility in the stock market, at Phoenix our business model is already distributing (each month) returns higher than our target. As a REIT we distribute 90% of our profits to our investors (which includes us at the same terms you are receiving). We also will share the growth of the value of the hotels when we sell them, if all goes according to plan, in 3-4 years. We aim to sell them when the market returns from Covid-reduced prices to fair market value. And do not forget we are improving operations and upgrading facilities. After all, we are owners and operators.

Not only that, but hotel investments are natural inflation fighters because of the adaptive nature of their pricing–rooms do not stay the same price, but reflect the context of bookings.

Our seventh offering American Hospitality Properties REIT Inc. is buying in a very specific niche of the travel industry: premium business select hotels. We have decades of experience in the ownership, operation, and optimization of these hotels.
