Our team has decades of experience in the hotel industry. From an investor’s perspective, we have the advantage of managing our hotels in-house. Our in-house management of these properties allows us to leverage our inflation-fighting pricing power to adjust prices and staff based on peak demand and room availability.

We are distributing dividends monthly. We target a preferred 8% annualized rate of return, distributed monthly, and we have consistently exceeded that goal.
