Communications

We are happy to offer communication options to our prospective clients. These features require the tracking of some personal information to ensure core functionality and bring an optimal customer experience. The chat function on our website is powered by Olark and allows a Phoenix representative to connect directly with customers. Communications are performed in accordance with their privacy policy.

Phoenix also performs regular email and text blasts. The former uses email addresses gathered from customer information requests, purchased email lists, and investment abandons. The latter uses phone numbers collected during the signup process. Carrier charges may apply.
