On 10/15, we paid our October special cash dividend of $0.20 per share to shareholders on record as of 9/30. The payment comes as part of a planned series of regular distributions from American Hospitality Properties REIT, Inc.
Our next cash dividend will be paid on 11/15 and will equal approximately 2% of invested capital per share. Doing the math, that annualizes at ~24% per year! This distribution will go out to all shareholders on record as of 10/31.
