Tomorrow, Saturday, April 30th, is the last day to invest and to be eligible to receive your May 15th distribution– and its enhanced, two ways.
- Due to better than expected operating results as our hotel resurgence accelerated in April, we have a 10% distribution for May. This is well over the 8% preferred rate.
- Bonus shares! We are changing the program in May, lock yours in by investing by 4/30.
If you recently invested, please make sure that you have “funded” your share purchase on or before Saturday.
We’re delivering on our plan to distribute monthly dividends, your initial investment, plus growth (if all goes according to plan) when we sell our hotels in just 2-3 years.

Existing investors may increase their investment prior to the cutoff and then receive the increased distribution. Simply go to your online account and select the option to increase your shares.
Also please note, effective May 1st, we are modifying the bonus share program. So, we encourage you to take advantage of the current program before that date!
