Our seasoned team has identified Premium Business Select Hotels as a segment that has a uniquely high potential for profits amid the ongoing travel rebound. This REIT was launched specifically to buy these name-brand, strategically located hotels now, at COVID-reduced prices, with the goal of maximizing profits by improving cash flow and valuations. We’re already paying dividends to our investors each month, based on an 8% annual return, and if all goes well, we’ll be sharing even more profits in 3–5 years, when we expect to sell our hotels.
With the recent purchase of a preferred interest in Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Homewood Suites, this new REIT already owns and operates three hotels. This also brings Phoenix American’s total of hotels owned and operated to 17—this is our seventh fund.

Every investor has a different reason to invest: the travel rebound, our laser focus on specific hotels, our experience—or is it our bonus shares? Whatever it is, it’s your choice.
