Phoenix American Hospitality announced that in the month of April hotel revenue has continued to recover from pandemic levels. For the month, RevPar (revenue per available room) increased from $56.80 in March 2021 to $59.46 in April 2021, a 4.7% increase. Total room revenue for April increased 80% over April 2020.

The U.S. hotel industry posted its highest demand and occupancy levels since the beginning of the pandemic, according to STR‘s latest weekly data through April 10.

Phoenix American Hospitality announces hospitality revenues starting to improve, with the portfolio reporting 35.5% increase over the previous month and a 21.8% over March 2020.
