Last week, we held our third in a series of webinars on our Business Select Hotel REIT and its “buy low, sell high, and profit along the way” strategy of putting money in shareholder pockets. Our webinars are a great way to meet some of our team who are driving our business, but we want to make sure your investment in PAH is as informed as possible. That’s why we’ve also created a short (under three minute) video outlining exactly what we do and how we do it.

For those who haven’t heard, we recently introduced a sliding system of bonus shares. Now, those who invest $1,000 or more into PAH will receive extra shares at no extra cost (and the more you invest, the more bonus shares you’ll earn). That means more monthly income, based on our 8% annual return figure, AND more growth when, if all goes as planned, we sell our hotels at a profit within 3–5 years. This is a limited offer, and ends when we reach $20 million in investments, so be sure to grab your bonus shares before they’re fresh out!
