Jamie has over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on Revenue Management discipline. Most recently, Jamie was a Director of Revenue Management for Windsor Capital Group, where she monitored revenue management strategies provided by brand revenue reports. Influenced system to ensure strategies are correct for revenue optimization by utilizing competitive intelligence and market knowledge. She also assisted in completing the annual rooms and revenue budget.
Prior to Windsor Capital Group, she was an Area Revenue Manager with John Q Hammons Hotels LLC, where she analyzed weekly and monthly STAR reports to compare strategy success and develop new strategies to maximize market share for all room revenue segments. Ensured properties are properly positioned within the market through all channels of distribution and in line with brand standards.
